Current consultation and treatment fees are confirmed when you book and before treatment is provided.
There are no advertised discounts, promotional packages or “special offer” treatment programmes.
The number and frequency of appointments recommended will depend on individual clinical need.
Initial Consultation
Please allow approximately:
60–90 minutes
Your first appointment may include:

- Detailed health history
- Discussion of your current concerns
- Chinese Medicine assessment
- Pulse and tongue assessment where appropriate
- Treatment planning
- Acupuncture where indicated
- Herbal or lifestyle guidance where appropriate
You will be advised of the consultation fee when booking.
Follow-Up Acupuncture
Follow-up appointments may include:

- Review of your response to treatment
- Ongoing Chinese Medicine assessment
- Acupuncture
- Adjustment of the treatment approach where appropriate
Treatment frequency varies from person to person.
There is no compulsory treatment package.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Where herbal medicine is clinically appropriate, consultation and prescription are considered individually.
The cost of herbal formulations varies according to:

- Formula prescribed
- Quantity
- Duration
- Individual prescription requirements
You will be advised of relevant costs before a prescription is supplied.
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic acupuncture appointments are arranged following consultation and assessment.
The practice will confirm the applicable fee when your appointment is booked.
There is no requirement to purchase a treatment package.
Additional Clinical Techniques
Depending on your assessment, treatment may also include appropriate adjunctive techniques such as:

- Tui Na and manual techniques
- Moxibustion
- Auricular acupuncture
- Chinese Medicine dietary guidance
Where an additional fee applies, this will be discussed before treatment.
Treatment Plans
Some conditions may benefit from more than one appointment.
However, the number of sessions is not predetermined simply by selecting a package.
Dr Jeff will discuss:

- Response to treatment
- Appropriate follow-up
- Whether continued treatment is indicated
You remain free to decide whether you wish to continue.
Payment

A receipt or account can be provided for treatment received.
Where a medical scheme benefit may apply, patients are responsible for submitting their claim to their medical scheme unless otherwise arranged.
Coverage depends on the individual medical scheme and benefit structure.
