Initial Consultation
Please allow approximately:
60–90 minutes
Your first consultation allows time for health history, Chinese Medicine assessment and discussion of an appropriate treatment approach.
Follow-Up Appointment
Please allow approximately:
60 minutes
Appointment length may vary according to the treatment required.

Appointments outside regular practice hours are considered only by prior arrangement and availability.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Herbal prescriptions are provided following consultation and individual assessment.
Existing Patients
Existing patients may contact the practice regarding:

- An existing prescription
- Questions about dosage
- Changes that may require review
A repeat prescription may require a follow-up consultation before further herbs are supplied.
Where appropriate, herbal prescriptions may be couriered within South Africa.

Payment
The practice accepts:

The applicable consultation or treatment fee will be confirmed when your appointment is arranged.
A revised practice fee schedule applies from 1 September 2026.
Call-Outs
The practice operates primarily from the Cape Town clinic.
Home or off-site visits are generally not available due to clinical scheduling.
Exceptional circumstances may be discussed directly with the practice but cannot be guaranteed.
