Existing patients may contact the practice regarding repeat formulations where clinically appropriate.
What to Expect
Your First Consultation
Please allow approximately 60–90 minutes.
The appointment provides time to discuss your health history, complete an individual Chinese Medicine assessment and consider an appropriate treatment approach.
Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up consultations allow the treatment approach to be reviewed and adjusted according to your progress and current needs.
Treatment frequency varies from person to person.
There is no standard treatment programme that is appropriate for everyone.

Dr Jeff Anthony Lan is registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA) in the profession of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.

His Cape Town practice provides individual Chinese Medicine consultations, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
